SIA Course 126.07

I couldn't wish to be in any cadet programme than with the current course that I am in. Tomorrow's our exam but I couldn't help posting these photos cause they're simply fantastic (Aww.. those bunch of lunatics). Photos are taken by yours truly but the 'impromptuness' of the interesting subjects also makes the photos interesting....

Just pretty proud of the course cohesiveness. Keep it up! And so the journey continues.....

Seriously serious

For once during my flight today, I doubted my ability to fly. Had previous hiccups but this time it seems more real. I need to keep reminding myself that this opportunity is hard to come by but easy to lose. I guess the previous basic flying skills are more important than ever now and that marginal weather is not an excuse not to perform.

After flight was so down that although I'm hungry from my light morning breakfast (that could be a factor I couldn't perform as well), I couldn't bring myself to have lunch and thenafter dinner.

Its time to get serious.

Opps.. they did it again!

At the Dewan Rakyat: RM39.11m spent on space programme
From Thestar.com.my
KUALA LUMPUR: At Tuesday's Dewan Rakyat sitting, Science, Technology and Innovation Minister Datuk Dr Maximus Ongkili said that the Government paid RM39.11mil for the Angkasawan space programme.

The first phase of the Angkasawan programme was not totally free of charge for the Government.

Maximus said that of the RM39.11mil paid, RM16.8mil was born by the ministry and RM22.28mil by government-linked agencies.

He added that the Russian Government funded RM75.8mil for the programme as part of a deal when the Malaysian Government purchased Sukhoi SU30MKM fighter jets from the Russian Government.
I still remember last time the government said that Malaysians didn't pay a single cent because its all sponsored by the Russian government (which is actually paid using taxpayer's money). And now something official from the Gah-ment themselves. They're just shooting themselves in their feet.... I really doubt gah-ment's ability to manage their funds... total over RM100million which could be spent on so many other developments.
